A lot to be said about simplicity of this app. I love how I can get my exercise in because it helps me manage my time.
Great starting place. No one has a reason to complain they dont have time... Its only 7 minutes.

Some bad moments

This app is just basic descriptions of poses and a 60 second timer, BARELY the 7-minute routine it claims to be.
If youve never done yoga, even basic moves, this is a great starter app. Its really like Yoga for Dummies. Great place to start for a week or two so you can move on to something a little more advanced. If youre a little overweight this is a great app to start with as the moves arent terribly complicated.
It is just like it says...a 7 minute yoga app. Should not expect it to work miracles, but it is a great way to get started. It is better than just sitting on the couch for 7 minutes doing nothing.
This app is NOT that great for beginners... There is no explanation of exactly how to do the positions OR specific things that will make the positions most effective. Also, theres no seconds between overs to get onto the new position and no talking to tell you where to go next. Im used to the 7minute workout where they have a training section explaining the moves, a voiced instructor and 4 seconds between the positions to get into the new position. (And its free too) This one has potential, but not enough info.
I love this app! Its super easy and basic I do it two times a day and I feel so much better! Since they are super basic yoga moves its perfect for an everyday routine.
